Introduction
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) is issued in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“IT Rules”).
YASHIK FINLEASE PRIVATE LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at 4th floor , Enkay Centre wing -A, Udyog Vihar Phase -V , Gurgaon Haryana- 122016 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Yashik”, “we”, “us” or “our”), is a Non-Banking Financial Company (“NBFC”) registered with the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”).
This Policy describes the manner in which we collect, use, store, process, disclose, and protect your personal and sensitive personal data or information when you access or use our website and/or mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform and voluntarily providing your information, you consent to the collection and use of such information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you are advised not to access or use the Platform.
APPLICABILITY
This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the User (“User”, “you” or “your”) and the Company. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that:

- Employment details: Current employer, designation, years of experience, and office address.
- Device information: IP address, device identifiers, operating system, browser type, geolocation data, and SMS metadata (transactional only).
- Any other information as mandated by RBI regulations or applicable Indian law.
You hereby provide explicit consent for the collection, storage, and processing of the above information by the Company.
USE OF INFORMATION
Your information, including SPDI, may be used for the following purposes:
- Verification and authentication of your identity (KYC/eKYC).
- Processing of loan applications and provision of financial products and services.
- Fraud detection, risk assessment, and prevention of unauthorized use.
- Communication regarding services, products, promotions, and updates.
- Data analytics for service improvement and compliance monitoring.
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulatory directions, or court/government orders.

- While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, you acknowledge that transmission of data over the internet carries inherent risks, and the Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access beyond its reasonable control.
PHISHING
The Company does not solicit sensitive personal or financial information through unsolicited emails, SMS, or calls. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent, and the Company disclaims responsibility for losses arising from such phishing attempts.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Policy is held invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remainder of this Policy shall remain in full force and effect.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy.
